Artist Spotlight

Well, I’ve finally created The Artist Spotlight page. Please enjoy some of the greatest artists in Los Angeles. There are more to come, so stay tuned!

Our featured artists are The Lazy Stalkers:
The Lazy Stalkers were started by singer/songwriter Leah Gillen. When she made a joke about being too lazy to  stalk a secret  crush. That’s where the story began. After playing around town for a few years, she met guitar player, Mike Duran. In 2016, they released their first album “Walked Right In”. In 2018 Gillen and Duran signed with Rock Avenue Records and released “Ray Gun” in 2019.

This is James, I’m a painter living in The San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. My mission statement as an artist is to provide original, quality, one-of-a-kind paintings for collectors and home/business-owners looking to add some wall art to their net worth. I began the project of producing artworks in 2017 and all my paintings are from December 2017 to present. I have roughly 100 works.

Post Punk/ Dark Alternative is what we go by. I like the Dark Alternative description because it reminds me of something from MTV’s 120 minutes.

Steven Jennings founder/ bass/ guitar Douglas Peyton Vocals Richard Coal guitar/ backing vocals.

Facebook is always key and we are on Instagram: @thirteenth_sky & you can find our latest on Spotify.

Olivia Korringa Art!

As a portrait artist, I create unique and personal paintings that capture the essence of the individual. They become treasures more and more over time because of the beauty of the moment is forever there on the canvas. My clients are all overjoyed with the result and the portraits can be passed on to heirs.

My art is objective, created from things that I see. I work mostly in oils and acrylic. I paint portraits, landscapes and still lifes.  I am an Art Teacher for all ages. I can give online lessons and critiques.
